Damaged or Defective Items (Fastest Resolution): If your item arrives damaged or defective, there is no need to return it! Simply email us a clear photo or video of the damaged product within 30 days of receiving it, and we will immediately send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
General Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
